Lisa Bethancourt

Lisa leads a portfolio of projects at Three Cairns Group with an organized and effective approach honed over more than 15 years in executive operations. She began her career in marketing communications and started working with co-founders Mark and Lise in 2007 at Centerbridge Partners, focusing on project management. She staffed Mark when he served on President Obama's Economic Recovery Advisory Board and Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. At Three Cairns Group, Lisa is extensively involved in the Global Carbon Market Utility and oversees gender equity work, team recruitment, external communication, and special initiatives. She earned a BS in Fine Arts and an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
