Emma provides essential, targeted support for Three Cairns' investment and philanthropic work with her background in human and economic development, climate change, and global health, primarily on the African continent. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, she serves as a Project Advisor to Allied Talent Partners (ATP) and Allied Climate Partners (ACP). Emma previously worked at The Global Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) and at McKinsey & Company. She earned a Business Science degree specializing in Economics from the University of Cape Town and her MS in Global Health and Development from University College London.
