Vivien Labaton

Vivien has spent the last several decades working at the intersection of philanthropy, advocacy, and social change, bringing her legal background to areas from civic engagement and democracy reform to gender and racial equity. Before coming to Three Cairns Group, she served as Chief Policy Advisor at JS Capital Management. Her previous work in philanthropy includes serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Atlantic Philanthropies. She is also co-founder of Make It Work, a national campaign to build support for affordable child care, paid family leave, and equal pay. Vivien holds a bachelor's degree from Barnard College and a law degree from NYU School of Law, and clerked for the Hon. Constance Baker Motley in the Southern District of New York.
