Sarah is a seasoned strategy and finance executive with extensive expertise in talent platforms and the gig economy. She is working with Three Cairns Group on Allied Talent Partners, a new human capital and talent initiative for climate-related project development. Her previous experience includes playing a pivotal role in the growth of Business Talent Group (BTG), a leading marketplace connecting Fortune 1000 companies with on-demand consultants, guiding the company through multiple financing rounds and overseeing its acquisition by Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to BTG, Sarah held strategy and finance positions at Deloitte Consulting, Alstom Transmission & Distribution, Venturepark, and Credit Lyonnais. She earned an MBA from The Wharton School.
