Rachel Cullen

Rachel Cullen brings over 16 years of experience in administrative support and organizational management to her role as Executive Assistant, Giving & Impact. She supports co-founder Lise Strickler and Managing Director Vivien Labaton, contributing to workflows involving grant processing, event coordination, internal planning, and comprehensive administrative support. Before joining Three Cairns Group, Rachel spent 16 years working in family office settings. She earned a BA in English with a minor in Political Science from Rowan University and was selected as a Fulbright Scholar, teaching English in Gongju, South Korea.
