Colleen Dempsey is a seasoned Executive Assistant with more than 25 years supporting CEOs and senior leadership. Prior to joining Three Cairns Group, she spent the last fifteen years working with the Founder of a hedge fund/family office. Known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach and ability to anticipate needs, Colleen thrives on creating order out of complexity and serving as a trusted partner to executive teams. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts.
