Ashley Gorman

Ashley brings a passion for ESG strategy, environmental justice, and clean energy access to her work at Three Cairns Group. As Senior Associate on the Investment Team, she focuses on the Allied Climate Partners (ACP) initiative. Prior to joining Three Cairns Group, Ashley worked as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in Chicago and New York, where she managed global client service for ESG and served clients across sectors on climate-related strategy. She also interned at McKinsey, Apollo Global Management and Quicken Loans. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a minor in the Environment.
