Jessica Uhl

Jessica has led global energy businesses from wind and solar manufacturing to the upstream oil and gas sector. She is a Senior Advisor with Three Cairns Group along with other energy and climate initiatives. She has served on the boards of Shell, Goldman Sachs and GE and as an advisor to Breakthrough Energy. She is currently on the boards of RMI, OpenMinds and Mission Possible Partnership, and is a member of the Global Leadership Council of GEAPP. Previously, she was President of GE Vernova overseeing Strategy, R&D, Corporate Development and Ventures, and prior to that was the CFO of Shell plc overseeing finance and IT for some 15,000 people. She has been named to the Forbes and Fortune lists of the Most Powerful Women and an OUTstanding Ally. Jessica graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley and received an MBA from INSEAD.
