Caitlin brings more than 15 years in people management and operations to her role as Executive Assistant at Three Cairns Group. With experience in a range of cutting-edge industries from finance and fashion to publishing, tech, and media, Caitlin is a versatile operator who is an expert at scaling processes to improve efficiency – a skill that makes her an invaluable member of the Three Cairns Group team.

Before her time at Three Cairns, Caitlin served as the People Operations Manager at Callisto Media. Prior to that, she spent three years as Senior Managing Executive Assistant at Peloton Interactive and seven years as a Senior Executive Assistant at Calvin Klein. Caitlin also has experience in the finance industry, having spent nearly three years as an Executive Assistant at RBC Capital Markets.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science in Consumer Merchandising and Retailing Management from University of Wisconsin – Madison and her Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Cornell University’s online certification program.

Caitlin joined the Three Cairns Group team because it promotes creativity and outside-the-box thinking to achieve extraordinary results.
