Colleen Dempsey is a seasoned Executive Assistant with more than 25 years supporting CEO’s and senior leadership. Prior to joining Three Cairns Group, she spent the last fifteen years working with the Founder of a hedge fund/family office. Colleen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts.

Known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise, Colleen thrives on creating order out of complexity, building strong internal relationships, and serving as a trusted partner to executive teams.
