Senior Advisor

Jessica has led global energy businesses from wind and solar manufacturing to the upstream oil and gas sector. Her work has been guided by the ambition of achieving an energy system that is abundant, resilient and sustainable, enabling progress and prosperity now and for future generations.

Jessica is a Senior Advisor with the Three Cairns Group along with other energy and climate initiatives. She has served on the boards of Shell, Goldman Sachs and GE and as an advisor to Breakthrough Energy. She is currently on the boards of RMI, OpenMinds and Mission Possible Partnership, as well as a member of the Global Leadership Council of GEAPP. She is an advisory board member for the Columbia Center for Global Energy Policy and UC Berkeley Political Economy department.

Jessica was previously President of GE Vernova overseeing the Strategy, R&D, Corporate Development and Ventures teams during the spin from GE. Prior to GE Vernova, she was the CFO of Shell plc where she oversaw the finance and IT organizations of some 15,000 people and led major strategic initiatives on positioning the company for the future energy system, improving capital investment management of the some $25 billion annual investment program and operational effectiveness. Jessica started her career in energy at Enron where she led corporate development transactions as well as infrastructure development in the power sector globally. 

Jessica has been named to the Forbes and Fortune lists of the Most Powerful Women and an OUTstanding Ally. Jessica graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley and received an MBA from INSEAD.
