Kristen Wisneski is the Executive Assistant to Brian Osias and Geraldine Alias at Three Cairns Group. Known for her perceptive, detail-oriented, and creative approach, she provides seamless support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Kristen’s work is grounded in the principle of kaizen—continuous improvement—bringing a growth mindset and adaptability to every task.

Prior to joining Three Cairns Group, Kristen supported senior leadership at Sixth Street Partners, with a focus on philanthropic initiatives. She also has a background in the performing arts, which has honed her communication and collaboration skills. Kristen holds dual degrees from Rider University: a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television.
